Safwan Sobhan is the Founder and Chairman of Safwan Bashundhara Global. He is also an entrepreneur and investor whose business ventures have driven economic growth through job creation and innovation. Safwan’s tenacious work ethic and keen problem-solving abilities have been instrumental in his success over the past 15 years.

Safwan’s ability to solve problems creatively has benefited the expansion of the enterprise into over 25 business, industrial, maritime,  and manufacturing ventures. His inspirational leadership has earned Safwan the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of Bangladesh award, as well as numerous other accolades.

Safwan, originally from Bangladesh, spent his early years growing up in the UK, where he completed studies at Shiplake College, Oxfordshire, a private boarding school renowned for its high level of pastoral care and personal development of each student. He graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in International Business.

As the founder of Safwan Bashundhara Global, Safwan Sobhan has been instrumental in expanding the business into new territories and product lines.
